mindful moments has a mission to inform people of the many possible benefits of implementing mindfulness into their daily routines.
The audience I have in mind for my thesis project is college students. The information is for all college students, in particular those students that find themselves struggling mentally whether it be anxiety, depression, or self-esteem. I want to inform people of the many possible benefits of meditation and give them a tool to deal with stress in their lives, in likely a very stressful time.

I would like to make meditation accessible, approachable, and overall, more widely known and utilized. Consistent states of stress have been normalized in our every-day lives, even though it can heavily impact every aspect of our health. College students, as a group, are notorious for putting their personal needs and self-care last. Meditation can be used anywhere at any time by anyone and can potentially change the way they physically and mentally experience stress forever.

As a passionate and detail-oriented industry professional, I enjoy approaching complex projects with a holistic approach. A large part of my success while working with people stems from my ability to cultivate an intuitive understanding of their needs, and spearhead the project from there.
